IPTV Pass Terms of Service
These are the IPTV Pass terms: the rules for buying and using a pass, in plain English. By ordering a pass or a free trial, you agree to them.
Effective from 30 October 2026.
1. Who we are
The service is sold as IPTV Pass Ireland at iptvpass.irish ("we", "us"). You can reach us on WhatsApp at +44 7309 572838 or by email at iptvpassireland@gmail.com. "You" means the person who orders a pass or a free trial.
2. The service
A pass gives you a login to watch live channels, movies and series over your internet connection, through a player app on your own device. Every pass includes the same playlist: live channels, movies and series in 4K, FHD, HEVC and HD where available, catch-up and a TV guide, and a built-in VPN. The plan details and current numbers are shown on the passes page at the time you order.
Player apps such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters or IBO Player are made by other companies. We don't sell them, and any fee an app charges is between you and the app maker.
3. Passes, devices and fair use
- A 1 Device pass gives one login for one device; 2 Devices, two logins for two devices; 3 Devices, three. Each login locks to the first device it's used on and can't be used on any other device. If you replace a device, message us first: we remove the old device from your login, and it locks to your new device the first time you sign in.
- Your login is for your own household. You may not resell it, share it publicly or give it to other households.
- Our system detects a login used on a second or more devices, and blocks it automatically and permanently. A blocked login can't be unblocked, and there is no appeal. The same applies to logins that are resold or shared.
- You are responsible for your own devices, apps and internet connection, and for using the service in line with the laws that apply where you live.
4. Free trial
We offer one free trial per person, requested on WhatsApp, with no card or payment needed. A trial normally lasts 24 hours, but it can be shorter at busy times, depending on server load and the daily trial limit. A trial is for testing the service on your own devices and broadband; it isn't a paid pass and carries no refund rights, because nothing is paid. See the free trial page.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and shown on the passes page. The price you pay is the one agreed on WhatsApp when you order. We accept Revolut, IBAN bank transfer and crypto; PayPal and card payments are accepted only when available at the time of your order. We send you the payment details; never send card numbers, PINs or passwords in a chat. Keep your payment confirmation as your receipt.
6. Delivery of your login
Once your payment is confirmed, we send your login details on WhatsApp: a server URL, username and password, and an M3U link if your app needs one. If your login is not delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment, you can ask for a refund under section 9. Keep your login private.
7. Renewals
Passes never renew automatically. When your pass ends, it simply stops unless you choose to renew. Renewing keeps the same login, and if you renew early, the new time is added on top of the days you have left. Each renewal is a new purchase under these terms. See renew.
8. Availability and line-up changes
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but no streaming service can promise every channel will work at every moment. Short interruptions can happen, for example during maintenance or at very busy times. Channels, movies, series and the TV guide can change, be added or be removed over time, and a particular channel or event is not guaranteed. Picture quality also depends on your device, app and internet speed.
9. Refunds
You can request a refund by email within 7 days of purchase, with the subject "Refund request", if: there's an outage of 72 hours or more on our side, your login isn't delivered within 48 hours, or there's a billing error. A 7% processing fee applies, and refunds are for the whole order. Changes of mind and problems with your own internet, Wi-Fi, device or apps are not covered. The full rules are in the refund policy.
10. Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any pass is limited to the amount you paid for that pass. We are not responsible for losses caused by your internet provider, your devices, third-party apps, events outside our reasonable control, or uses of the service that break these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to new orders and renewals made after that date, not to a pass you have already paid for.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you live in Ireland, you keep the protection of Irish consumer law, and you can bring a claim in the Irish courts.
