GAA Live Stream Ireland: GAA+, RTÉ and TG4 Guide

Every GAA live stream in Ireland and TV channel in one place: what's free on RTÉ and TG4, what's on GAA+ (formerly GAAGO), what it costs, and where the All-Ireland finals are shown. Every fact is dated and sourced.

Last checked: 29 October 2026

Where can I get a GAA live stream in Ireland? Short answer.

RTÉ shows 35 live Championship games free in 2026, including both All-Ireland senior finals, with live streams on RTÉ Player. GAA+ streams 40 more games that aren't on TV, for €95 a season. TG4 is the home of ladies' football.

So for most fans, a GAA live stream in Ireland means RTÉ for the big days and GAA+ for the rest. All the Irish channels, including RTÉ2 and TG4, are part of the line-up on IPTV Pass.

What is GAA+ (formerly GAAGO), and what changed?

GAA+ is the GAA's own streaming service. It replaced GAAGO: if you visit the old GAAGO site, it now shows "Welcome to GAA+".

GAAGO was run with RTÉ; GAA+ (formerly GAAGO) is run by the GAA itself and streams Championship games that aren't shown on TV, plus on-demand replays and free midweek analysis shows on its YouTube channel. You watch it in a web browser, on the iOS and Android apps, or on many connected TV devices. Set up your GAA+ account a few days before the first game you want to watch.

What's the GAA+ price: season pass, single match and club pass?

The GAA Plus Season Pass costs €95 for Irish-based users in 2026, up from €79 in 2025, and covers 40 exclusive live games.

€95Season Pass, 40 games (2026)
€15Single match
€30Three matches ("3 for 2")
€150Club pass, for GAA clubs
€300Commercial premises (pubs)
10% offFor GAA members via Foireann

The 40 games break down as 19 provincial championship games, 7 Tailteann Cup games and 14 games from the football All-Ireland series, across 12 weekends. On GAA+ single match price vs the season pass: buying games three at a time works out at €10 each, so the pass is cheaper once you watch ten or more games. Care homes get free access through the HSE and Nursing Homes Ireland.

How do I log in to GAA+, and can I watch GAA+ on a smart TV or Firestick?

Create your account and buy a pass on GAAplus.ie, then use the same GAA+ login on the website, the iOS and Android apps, or a supported TV device.

The GAA says GAA+ works on "many of the main connected TV devices". For GAA+ on a smart TV or GAA+ on Firestick, check the device list on GAAplus.ie before the season starts, because support varies by model. If your TV isn't listed, you can cast from the phone app or use a laptop with an HDMI cable. GAA+ is a separate subscription from IPTV Pass; the Irish TV channels that show GAA free, RTÉ2, RTÉ One and TG4, are part of the IPTV Pass line-up.

All-Ireland final TV: what channel is the All-Ireland final on?

Is the All-Ireland on RTÉ? Yes. In 2026, both the All-Ireland senior hurling final (19 July) and football final (26 July) were live on RTÉ, free to air, and streamed on RTÉ Player.

The hurling final was on RTÉ2, with BBC Two Northern Ireland also showing it. For All-Ireland final TV in future seasons, check the date at the top of this page; we update it when the new season's schedule is announced. Is the All-Ireland on TG4? The men's senior finals aren't, but TG4 shows the ladies' football All-Ireland finals, under a deal running to 2032.

What GAA fixtures are on TV this weekend?

GAA fixtures on TV this weekend change every week in season, so here's where things stand now.

Right now: off-season (October 2026)

The 2026 inter-county championships are finished. The National Leagues return early in 2027, followed by the championships from April. Club championship games are on in many counties now.

During the season, RTÉ, TG4 and GAA+ publish their picks for each weekend a few days ahead. RTÉ's The Sunday Game covers the weekend's action.

Can I get a club championship live stream or watch the Tailteann Cup on TV?

For Tailteann Cup TV, GAA+ streamed 7 Tailteann Cup games in 2026 as part of the Season Pass.

A club championship live stream depends on your county: many county boards stream their own club games online, and the later provincial and All-Ireland club rounds are often picked up by TV. Check your county board's website or social media for the link. The €150 GAA+ club pass is something different: it lets a GAA club show GAA+ games to members in the clubhouse.

Will there be GAA on Sky Sports in 2027?

No 2027 GAA media-rights deal had been confirmed when we last checked on 29 October 2026, so GAA on Sky Sports in 2027 is unknown.

Sky showed GAA games in Ireland and the UK in earlier seasons. During 2026 there was public debate about how many games sit behind a paywall, including on GAA+, and the next deal may change the split between free TV and streaming. We'll update this page and the sports rights tracker as soon as a deal is announced.

Source: Irish Times, 25 May 2026 (paywall debate). No 2027 deal found as of 29 October 2026.

How can I watch GAA abroad?

GAA+ is the official way to watch GAA abroad: the GAA says it reaches viewers in more than 180 territories.

The €95 Season Pass price is for Irish-based users; GAA+ sets its own prices outside Ireland, so check GAAplus.ie from where you are. RTÉ Player may not show all live games outside Ireland.
