IPTV Pass Privacy Policy

This IPTV Pass privacy policy explains what details we collect when you order, ask for help or visit this site, why we need them, and the rights you have under GDPR. We keep it short and collect as little as we can.

1. Who is responsible for your data

IPTV Pass Ireland, at iptvpass.irish, is responsible for the personal data described here ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +44 7309 572838.

3. Why we use it and the legal basis

  • To provide your pass and trial (contract): creating your login, sending it, renewing it and helping you set up.
  • To handle payments and refunds (contract and legal obligation): matching payments and keeping records we're required to keep.
  • To answer questions and keep the service working (legitimate interest): support chats, fixing problems, stopping misuse of logins.
  • To understand how the site is used (consent): analytics, only after you accept cookies.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.

4. WhatsApp and payment providers

We talk to customers on WhatsApp, run by Meta, so your messages are also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. When you pay, the payment goes through the provider you choose: Revolut, your bank for an IBAN transfer, a crypto wallet, or PayPal or a card provider when available. Each of them processes your payment under its own privacy policy; we only see the confirmation and the details needed to match it to your order. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, using the safeguards GDPR requires.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies it needs to work until you choose otherwise. Analytics cookies are off by default, and are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link.

If you accept analytics, we count page views and clicks on WhatsApp buttons. A WhatsApp click records the page, the button's place on the page and, where relevant, the pass type, devices and months chosen. It doesn't include your phone number or the text of your message. Some pages remember small choices on your own device, such as ticked setup steps; that stays in your browser and isn't sent to us.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your login, pass and payment records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards only as long as needed for refunds, disputes and our accounting obligations. Support chats and emails are kept while they're useful for helping you, then deleted. Trial details are removed when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see section 7), unless we must keep a record by law.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask to:

  • See the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Delete your data, where we don't need to keep it.
  • Object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw cookie consent at any time.
  • Get a copy of data you gave us, in a common format.

Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

8. Security

We limit who can see customer details to the people who need them to help you, and the site runs over HTTPS. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit. Please help too: never send card numbers, PINs or passwords for other accounts in a chat, and keep your IPTV login private.

9. Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Questions or requests: [email protected], or see the contact page. Our terms of service explain how passes work.
